Blue Sky Alternative Investments has announced that independent director, Michael Gordon, has stepped down from its board, effective immediately.
Gordon, who first joined the board in February 2017, departs due to health reasons.
Commenting on his departure, Blue Sky's chair, John Kain, said: "On behalf of the Blue Sky Board, I would like to thank Michael for his strong contribution and we wish him the best."
Blue Sky is continuing with its process to appoint new independent directors in order to transition into a majority independent board ahead of its annual general meeting in October.
