IFM Investors appoints Independent Director

IFM Investors has appointed Carol Gray to its board of directors, effective 1 June 2016.

Based in Canada, Gray is a professional independent director with over 30 years' experience across the financial services and financial technology sectors.

Commenting on the appointment, chair of IFM Investors, Garry Weaven, said: "Carol has served on numerous boards throughout her career and her depth of knowledge across the financial sector means she is widely regarded as a strong leader in the industry."

He added: "She will be a valuable addition to the board as we continue to evolve our products and services to meet the diverse needs of our global investors."

Gray is currently a director on the boards of American Express Bank of Canada and Infrastructure Ontario and Land Corporation. She also serves on Trent University's Finance and Endowment Lands board committees.
