HUB24 has added Rachel Grimes to the board as a non-executive director.

Grimes has over thirty years' experience in financial services and accounting having held senior executive leadership roles at BT Financial Group, Westpac Bank and Challenger.

Her most recent executive role was finance chief at Challenger until October 2022 where she also led the sales process of the Challenger Bank.

Earlier, Grimes held senior executive roles across the Westpac Group including finance, M&A, product and sales.

Currently, she is the deputy chair of the Digital Finance Cooperative Research Centre, a Director of The Accounting and Professional and Ethics Standards Board, a Director of Loreto Ministries Limited and the Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee for Surfing Australia.

Grimes is a former president of the International Federation of Accountants and the President of Chartered Accountants in Australia She will initially also serve as a member of the audit, risk and compliance committee.
