HSBC Australia has announced the appointment of Enzo Cotroneo as head of securities services Australia and New Zealand, effective May 2019.
Cotreono joins from Citigroup Australia, where he headed the custody and fund services business. Before this, he held senior roles at JP Morgan.
Commenting on his appointment, Guy Dickinson, head of global markets for HSBC Australia, said: "Enzo's deep industry knowledge will help underpin HSBC's plans to extend the depth and reach of our offering, including to the increasing number of clients who conduct business offshore."
Cotreono will report locally to Dickinson and regionally to Brian Godins, head of HSBC securities services Asia.
