Head of Practice Growth joins Bridges team

IOOF-owned Bridges Financial Services (Bridges) has announced the appointment of Eric Quak to the role of head of practice growth, effective 3 January 2017.

Quak is currently a business development manager at IOOF, responsible for heading up the IOOF Alliances business that partners with self-licensed AFSLs and practice principals to assist them run efficient, profitable and compliant advice businesses.

Commenting on his appointment, Bridges CEO, Nathan Stanton, said: "A strong addition to the leadership team, Eric has a deep understanding of the advice industry, having worked with advisers in various leadership roles and I look forward to working with him to build out the practice growth capabilities for our Bridges business."

Quak will be joined by new appointee, Kate Anderson, who will assume the role of head of business support.

Stanton added: "The appointments round out a strong Bridges leadership team and pleasingly, both candidates come from within the broader IOOF group, which is testament to the high calibre of talent we can tap into here at Bridges."
