GROW Super co-founder Joshua Wilson has stepped down from his position as chief executive officer.
A spokesperson for the organisation provided this statement: "GROW Super confirms that as of 22 May 2020, Josh Wilson has resigned from his position as Chief Executive Officer. Current clients and client activity are being led by Mathew Keeley as Managing Director, Peter Savage as CEO of GROW Admin, and with support from the existing team."
Sydney Morning Herald reports that another of Wilson's companies, StatEdge, is being investigated in relation to a betting scandal. No charges have been laid.
GROW Super announced in late 2019 they were moving away from being a superannuation provider to become an administration company. They hired Peter Savage from Qantas Super to lead the transition.
Requests for comment to Wilson were not returned.
Wilson co-founded GROW in 2016 and was appointed to the CEO role in 2017.
