Future Fund adds forestry analyst

Australia's sovereign wealth fund has added an infrastructure and timberland specialist to the team covering unlisted assets.

Alexander Byrne joins from Australian Retirement Trust where he worked as a portfolio analyst in the private markets space.

Byrne worked at QSuper as an investment analyst until the fund merged with Sunsuper in February 2022 when he joined the successor fund.

Earlier he was an analyst at Altor Capital and a tutor at Griffith University.
