Funds SA appoints new board Director

Funds SA has confirmed to Industry Moves the appointment of Bill Griggs as a member representative director on the board of the $30 billion fund, effective October 2018.

Griggs, who replaces long-serving director, Kevin Crawshaw, joins the board with expertise in corporate governance, people and culture, superannuation, investment and insurance, the fund said.

He currently also serves as chair of the Motor Accident Commission, and as a director of Return to Work SA, Super SA, Southern Select Super Corporation Board and Griggs EMS Pty Ltd.

Griggs joins fellow 2018 board appointees, Leah York and Judith Smith, who commenced their respective terms in May and July.
