Former TAL exec joins MLC Life Insurance team

MLC Life Insurance has announced the appointment of Michael Shagrin to the role of senior relationship manager corporate & industry funds, as part of the firm's strategic partnership between National Australia Bank (NAB) and Nippon Life Insurance Company.

Shagrin joins the team with 20 years' experience in the life insurance industry, having previously worked as the senior business relationship manager at TAL.

He is one of five recent additions to the MLC Life Insurance team, with Jenny Liu joining as the pricing manager, Megan Clements as the strategic product manager, Sean Potter in the role of senior relationship manager and Matt Lang as the senior manager transformation.
