A former Rice Warner heavyweight has joined the Mercer Australia investments team arriving from Deloitte.

In this role, he will work with Mercer Australia's clients across the superannuation industry and broader endowments and foundations client base to provide insights on policy developments and deliver consulting advice across investment and actuarial matters.

Richard Boyfield, strategic advice & policy leader for Mercer Pacific said that clients would benefit from Dunn's deep consulting expertise and strategic insights.

At Deloitte, Dunn was a senior manager for eighteen months.

Before that, he spent nearly six years at Rice Warner where he was responsible for a range of consulting and research work across the wealth management sector.

Starting as an actuarial analyst he most recently worked as a consultant leading the team responsible for delivering client work, developing a team of analysts and producing board papers to inform the Rice Warner strategy on data analytics and superannuation.

Moreover, Dunn is currently the head of faculty at Actuaries Institute Australia.

This faculty is responsible for the teaching and examination of both the Associate-level Asset and Liability Management course and the fellowship-level investment course.
