Former Platinum analyst moves to BetaShares

BetaShares has appointed Michael Tat as the firm's new operations analyst - investment operations. Tat's appointment comes as BetaShares announces its intention to add to its staff as the business expands.

Tat previously spent over 5 years at Platinum Asset Management, where he was responsible for portfolio accounting and trade support across Platinum's funds. He also held roles at Perpetual and Anne Street Partners.

BetaShares managing director Alex Vynokur said the new hires reflected the company's continued commitment to the rapidly expanding ETF industry.
