Financial technology platform provider Spitfire Corporation has announced the appointment of Anil Sagaram as head of product.
Sagaram, who will join Spitfire's executive team, has 20 years' experience across the wealth management industry, having worked with Morgan Stanley (UK), Macquarie Bank, GBST and most recently BT Financial Group. At BTFG, Sagaram led the product development and design teams responsible for the development of BT Panorama's investment, managed accounts and superannuation capabilities.
Spitfire has also appointed Matthew Johnson as its inaugural CEO. Johnson's appointment follows Spitfire's acquisition of multi-dealer owned platform business Wealthtrac, of which Johnson was CEO.
