Former Best & Less CEO joins the board of AMP

AMP Limited chair Simon McKeon AO has announced that Holly Kramer will join the AMP Limited board as a non-executive director, effective 14 October 2015.

Kramer was most recently the chief executive officer of retailer Best & Less. She has also held a number of other leadership roles, including group general manager for Pacific Brands and group managing director for Telstra Product Management.

Kramer is an independent non-executive director of the Nine Entertainment Corporation and a director of Southern Phones, an unlisted regional telecommunications company. She also serves on the board of the Alannah and Madeleine Foundation, is an Ambassador for the Vinnies CEO Sleepout and is a member of Chief Executive Women.
