First State Super has confirmed to Industry Moves the appointment of Luke Jamieson as head of client service centre, based in Melbourne, effective November 2017.
Jamieson joins the $84 billion fund from Cbus, where he spent a year and a half as general manager, customer experience. Prior to that he spent five and a half years as the head of member services at UniSuper. He also previously held various roles with Mercer.
Jamieson will be joined at First State Super by fellow new recruit, Ahmed Racheha, who has been appointed as the fund's new head of digital.
