First State Super appoints Corporate Manager, Strategy and Business

First State Super has confirmed to Industry Moves the appointment of Bill Danaher as corporate manager, strategy and business, effective 31 October 2017.

Based in Melbourne, Danaher will be responsible for providing advice and operational support to the $84 billion super fund's executive team and the broader business and growth strategy.

Danaher has previously held senior executive roles in wealth management and banking, including in the profit to member sector as CEO of Industry Fund Services, general manager of QInvest and CEO at investment advisory firm, Paradigm Group.

Over the last few months, he has been consulting to First State Super.
