Neil Cochrane
NEIL COCHRANE
Fund Executives Association Limited - Chair
DEPARTURE
FUND EXECUTIVES ASSOCIATION LIMITED
Date: August 2016
Position: Chair

Neil Cochrane is stepping down as chair of the Fund Executives Association (FEAL) after six years, the maximum tenure allowed under the FEAL constitution. His successor is former Qantas Super CEO, Jane Perry, who will step into the role in August 2016.

Commenting on his departure and Perry's appointment, Cochrane said: "Jane has worked at the most senior levels of superannuation for many years and her understanding of the industry is unparalleled. She is widely respected for her great skill and knowledge, and I feel certain that she will play a vital role at FEAL, supporting leaders in superannuation."

Perry said: "Neil has made a significant contribution not just to FEAL, but to the Australian superannuation industry as a whole, at a time when it has been subject to constant political and regulatory reform.

"He leaves a tremendous legacy, but at the same time I am really looking forward to working with CEO Joanna Davison and the other directors to further cement FEAL's vital contribution."
