Boutique global equities firm, Antipodes Partners, has confirmed the appointment of Alison Savas as a client portfolio manager.

Savas previously spent 11 years at Platinum Asset Management as an analyst covering India, South Korea and ASEAN equity markets, and served as was one of three main contributing analysts to the Platinum Asia Fund.

More recently, Savas worked as a deputy portfolio manager for Kingfisher Investments and as an investment analyst for Smith Tan Asset Management, both based in Singapore.

Savas' appointment at Antipodes Partners follows that of Andrew Findlay, who joined the firm as managing director in April; Vinayak Muralidharan and Aidan Kerr, who were appointed as investment analysts in March; and Kieran Rabbitt, who was appointed as an investment specialist in January.

Antipodes Partners was founded in 2015 by ex-Platinum chief investment officer, Jacob Mitchell.
