ESSSuper appoints Senior Investments Analyst

ESSSuper has confirmed to Industry Moves the appointment of Leroy D'Souza to the newly-created role of senior investments analyst.

D'Souza - along with fellow new-recruit, investments manager, Zong Aw - will help oversee the $29 billion fund's accumulation assets.

D'Souza joins ESSSuper from Mercer Consulting where he provided investment advice to superannuation funds and not-for-profit clients. Before this, he worked at National Australia Bank in the risk division and at Deloitte in the management consulting team.

Commenting on both Aw and D'Souza's appointments, ESSSuper's head of investments, Daniel Selioutine, said: "Zong and Leroy bring strong investment capability to the Fund, which will help us continue to deliver the best possible retirement outcomes for our members."
