Esler returns to Padua

Financial advice technology firm, Padua Financial Group (Padua) has announced that co-founder, Matthew Esler, has returned as executive chair, effective 1 January 2017.

For the past five years Esler has been providing financial advice, software and investment management consulting for dealer groups, insurance companies and investment management firms, predominantly with Morningstar Investment Management (formerly Ibbotson Associates), where he was responsible for establishing Morningstar's retail investment management business.

Previous to this, Esler was both head of distribution and an executive director at Midwinter Financial Services and also held the role of head of technical services at Advance Asset Management.

Commenting on Esler's new role, Padua's managing director, Anne-Marie Esler, said: "We are extremely excited Matthew is returning to Padua, following the huge success we've been able to achieve over the past three years."
