Equipsuper Director departs

Equipsuper has confirmed the departure of member representative, Sandra Jericevic, from its board, effective 30 April 2017.

Jericevic was appointed to the board of the $7.3 billion fund in April 2016. She has over 30 years' experience working across management consulting, banking, academia, energy and investment.

Her professional memberships include Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand and the Finance & Treasury Association of Australia, where she is a senior certified finance and treasury professional.

Commenting on her departure, a spokesperson for Equipsuper told Industry Moves: "We are moving to a third/third/third model for our nine-person board. For a short period we will operate with three employer, three member and one independent director (Chair) until we announce the appointment of new directors to take effect from 1 July 2017."
