EQT expands corporate trust, securitisation team

Equity Trustees has appointed Pei Cai Pan to its corporate trust and securitisation team. He'll serve as a manager in the middle office team.

"Pei brings with him an abundance of experience which will be focused on our developing Debt Capital and Loan Market business, where he will be responsible for on-boarding new business, daily transaction administration and compliance monitoring for our clients," said Equity Trustees general manager of corporate trust and securitisation James Connell. "Equity Trustees is attracting high-quality clients in this specialised area of service."

Cai Pan has more than a decade of experience in structured finance and securitisation, including as a VP and client services manager with BNY Mellon where his portfolio included global institutional clients covering mortgage-backed securitisation as well as cross-border securitisation.
