EQT adds experience to board

EQT Holdings has appointed Catherine Robson to their board as a non-executive director.

Chair Jeff Kennett said that Robson's mix of business experience, legal and financial qualifications, along with a demonstrated commitment to governance. "We are very fortunate that Ms Robson's experience is combined with an excellent understanding of the Equity Trustees business and our development over the past five years through her work with a number of our Boards and committees," said Kennett.

Robson is the founder of Affinity Private Advisors, a boutique wealth advice practice. She also holds directorships with Scale Investors, a network for early-stage companies that connects investors and entrepreneurial women. She was previously a member of the Equity Trustees Superannuation Limited board.

Robson began her career with Macquarie Bank and spent 11 years as a senior advisor with NAB before founding Affinity.
