First State Super has confirmed to Industry Moves the departure of Philippa Smith as an employer representative director, effective February 2019.
Smith joined the First State Super board in 2007, nominated jointly by the Secretary of the Department of Premier and Cabinet of NSW and the Secretary of the Treasury of NSW.
She served on the fund's member services committee and disputes committee, and is succeeded on the board by former Harwood Super Fund CEO Roslyn Ramwell.
