Managed Accounts Holdings has announced the resignation of Alex Hutchinson as a non-executive director of the firm, effective 9 May 2018.
Hutchinson, who currently serves as the CEO of Energy Industries Super Scheme (EISS), joined the Managed Accounts board in 2016 and is leaving due to personal circumstances.
Commenting on his departure, Hutchinson said: "I enjoyed my time as a member of the MGP Board and in particular working on the acquisition of Linear Financial Holdings."
Executive chair Don Sharp thanked Hutchison for his contribution and guidance. A spokesperson for the firm has confirmed to Industry Moves that there will be a replacement for Hutchison on the board in due course.
