Duncan Boyle joins the board of TAL

Life insurer TAL, has announced the appointment of Duncan Boyle to the TAL Board. Boyle previously served as the CEO of the UK operations of Royal and Sun Alliance Insurance (RSA) from 2002 to 2006. He has been an independent non‑executive director of QBE since 2006 and is a director of Clayton Utz lawyers and Stockland Trust Group.
