Delaney leaves ASFA board

Brian Delaney is stepping down from the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia (ASFA) board after two years as a service provider representative. His successor is Andrew Boal, managing director, Towers Watson.

Commenting on Delaney's departure, ASFA chair Dr Michael Easson said: "Brian has sat on the ASFA Board since 2013, and we thank him for his insightful contribution and particularly his key role as chair of the HR and Remuneration Committee."

Nicolette Rubinsztein is also stepping down from the board of ASFA after after eight years as a retail fund representative. Her successor is Linda Elkins, executive general manager, Colonial First State.
