DASH adds eight new hires

The integrated financial planning software and investment platform business has hired eight new people to join its sales, marketing, operations and development teams.

Tim Rogers has been appointed head of distribution to oversee the national licensee and adviser distribution strategy.

Rogers comes to DASH with 30 years' experience in distribution and wealth advisory roles, most recently as regional manager New South Wales and the ACT at BT.

In fact, he began his career at BT in 1994, holding several client service and business development roles before taking on state manager role for South Australia and Northern Territories five years later.

Rogers left BT to help launch Wealth By Design in 2003. He spent around 11 years there before heading back to BT.

"DASH has an ambitious, but needed, vision for our financial advice industry, and I'm excited and happy to be an integral part of that," he said. .

"The team had great energy and fantastic skillsets, and it's wonderful to be in a position to bring such positive change to the financial planning profession."

A second executive Sarah Cagnacci has been appointed as head of marketing, joining from Evergreen Consultants and sister firm Evergreen Ratings, where she held a similar role.

Cagnacci previously worked at Commonwealth Bank, Fidelity Worldwide Investment and BT.

Further hires include four developers who will bolster DASH's technology.

The Geoff Lloyd-chaired DASH was formed in April 2022 following a merger with financial planning software firm Roar Software, wealth platform software specialist NEO and platform technology provider WealthO2.
