Crestone Wealth Management (Crestone) has announced that chair of its board, John McDonald, will be stepping down from the role, effective November 2017.
McDonald, who will be staying on as a non-executive director with Crestone, has 35 years' business experience across financial services and chartered accounting including executive and non-executive board roles. Previously, he was group treasurer of AMP, chief financial officer of AMP Financial Services and, most recently, chief financial officer of Aussie Home Loans.
His successor as Crestone chair is former CEO of Rio Tinto, Leigh Clifford.
