The Board of the Australian Financial Markets Association (AFMA) has appointed John Knox, CEO of Credit Suisse Australia, as its new chair, effective immediately.
He succeeds Steve Harker, long-serving CEO of Morgan Stanley Australia, who was appointed as AFMA chair in July 2015.
