Orla Cowen has left ClearView after more than a year as chief risk officer.
She's joined IOOF in the newly-created role of head of investment governance - distribution. In her new role, Cowan will look after IOOF's governance practices and processes, supporting the group's APRA-regulated entities.
Before joining ClearView, Cowen spent more than seven years with ANZ in risk roles including the head of governance for the chief investment office. She also spent several years as the head of compliance at BlackRock in Australia and Genesys Wealth Advisers.
ClearView told Financial Standard that they have appointed James Myerscough as its interim chief risk officer while they recruit for a permanent replacement.
