Countplus has announced the resignation of chief financial officer (CFO), John Collier, who will depart the firm on 2 November 2017.
Collier was appointed to the role in October 2015.
He has been replaced as CFO by Laurent Toussaint, who will step into the role on 22 January 2018. Geoff Missen, managing director of Countplus member firm, the MBA Partnership, will act as the CFO in the interim.
Commenting on Collier's departure, Countplus chair, Ray Kellerman said: "I extend my thanks to John for his service to the Company over the past 2 years. On behalf of the Board we wish John well in his new endeavours."
