Countplus CEO resigns

Countplus has announced the resignation of Phillip Aris from the role of CEO and managing director, effective 23 February 2017.

Aris was appointed to the top job in January 2015 and prior to that was CEO of Countplus' largest subsidiary Total Financial Solutions (TFS).

In a statement released to the ASX, the firm said: "The Directors wish to thank Phil for his nine years with the Group, the first seven years as CEO of TFS."

His successor is Matthew Rowe, who was appointed as a director with Countplus in October 2016.
