Phillip Aris moves into top role at Countplus

Phillip Aris, former CEO of Countplus' largest subsidiary Total Financial Solutions, is to take the reins as CEO and managing director of Countplus on January 14, 2015, replacing Michael Spurr who will stay on for a period of time in his co-role as chief financial officer.
