CountPlus adds director

CountPlus has appointed Carolyn Colley to its board.

Colley brings more than 30 years of experience in financial services to the role including as a director for IOOF and the ASX, which she joined in January.

As an executive, Colley was the head of personal banking with Macquarie, a role she left in 2014. Most recently she was the chief operating officer for Faethm, a SaaS analytics platform for governments and education. She's also held roles with St George, Westpac, KPMG, and BT.

"Carolyn's resume clearly speaks for itself and I'm delighted that she has joined our Board of Directors," said CountPlus CEO Matthew Rowe. "Her experience in financial services and technology will be key as we continue to drive new, smarter ways of doing business within our accounting and advice member firms. Carolyn will also Chair our newly formed Technology and Innovation Board Committee to ensure that this business function has dedicated leadership and vision."

The appointment brings the CountPlus board to 50% female directors.
