Goldman Sachs has confirmed the appointment of Andrew Lyons as co-head of Australia equity research for the firm, effective immediately.
He shares the role with Matthew Ross and together they are responsible for the Melbourne and Sydney research business.
Lyons re-joined Goldman Sachs in 2013, and was named managing director in 2015.
He will continue to co-lead the Asia Pacific Financials Business Unit and cover the Australian banking sector.
