Longtime Clime Investment Management director Neil Schafer has been named the organisation's new chair.
The appointment follows the resignation of Donald McLay.
Schafer first joined the Clime board in early 2010. He was previously a general manager with Commonwealth Bank, a VP with Citibank, and has held executive roles with a variety of business and family offices including Wilson HTM Investment Group and Souls Funds Management.
In his career as a director, Schafer has held positions with education and religious organisations including Monte Sant' Angelo Mercy College and the Sydney Catholic Development Fund. He's also a director with SPG Asia.
