Clime Capital non-executive director Brett Spork has resigned from its board after more than nine years. He has been appointed as a non-executive director with Clime Investment Management.
Spork has extensive experience across a variety of financial services, including banking and funds management. In addition to his directorship with Clime Investment Management, he's on the board of PM Capital Global and PM Asian Opportunities.
As an executive, Spork was CEO of BTIG, CEO of E*TRADE Australia, and the Executive Director of Macquarie Bank.
Spork is joined on the Clime Investment Management board by Peter Beaumont, replacing Allyn Chant.
Marc Schwartz has been appointed as a non-executive director with Clime Capital.
