Clime Investment Management non-executive chair Donald McLay has resigned his position on the company's board.
The change is effective 1 October 2020.
McLay, an experienced director, has been a director with the group for more than five years. He has previously been a director with GMO Australia, Registry Direct, and debt collector Credit Corp.
Clime has announced that existing director Neil Schafer has taken on the role of company chair.
