Clime appoints joint interim CEOs

Clime Investment Management has appointed two members of its board, Brett Spork and Neil Schafer, as interim joint chief executive officers.

Spork first joined the Clime Capital board around nine years ago. He joined the Clime Investment Management board earlier this year. As an executive, he was CEO of BTIG, CEO of E*TRADE Australia, and the Executive Director of Macquarie Bank.

The organisation published details of the employment contracts to the ASX, stating that the initial fixed term of the contracts for both Spork and Schafer would be for five months at three days per week.

Clime is continuing its search for a permanent chief executive.
