Clime Capital has appointed Marc Schwartz as a non-executive director on its board.
Schwartz replaces Brett Spork, who has resigned to take a position on Clime Investment Management's board.
Schwartz was previously the managing director of Pascoes Pty Ltd, a retail manufacturing and distribution operation. He left Pascoes in 2018 after more than a decade with the organisation. He also held product roles with Macquarie Bank and was an investment analyst with WHK Horwath.
Outside of finance, Schwartz holds positions on the boards of contact lense manufacturer Gelflex and mining operation Intra Energy Corporation.
