ClearView Wealth's independent chair, Bruce Edwards, will retire from the board in June.
The group has proposed that Geoff Black take over the chair position.
Edwards first joined the board of Clearview Wealth in 2012. He also presently holds a directorship with Munich RE and has held directorships with Suncorp/ALI Group and Lumli Life.
Edwards was the managing director at KPMG Actuaries from 1984-2001.
The board is presently searching for a director to replace Edwards when he retires.
