ClearView names General Counsel and Joint Company Secretary

ClearView Wealth has announced the appointment of Elizabeth Briggs as general counsel and joint company secretary, effective April 2018.

Briggs first joined ClearView in 2012, as legal counsel, and has served as the group's head of legal since 2015. She will be ClearView's joint company secretary with Athol Chiert.

Prior to joining ClearView, she was a lawyer with Australian Business Lawyers and corporate legal counsel at Ashington Group.

ClearView has also announced the promotion of Louise Hulley as general manager, technology. Hulley has been with ClearView since 2010 and was most recently head of development delivery.

ClearView managing director, Simon Swanson, said the appointments of Briggs and Hulley to the group's senior management team was in recognition of their "enormous contribution to the business and their invaluable knowledge, skills and experience."
