ClearView appoints transformation head to look after new strategy

ClearView Wealth has appointed Nadine Gooderick as its general manager of transformation.

The appointment is effective on 2 November however Gooderick has been consulting for the organisation for several months.

The appointment comes on the back of a structural realignment of the business to support the execution of its previously announced new business strategy.

Gooderick left Reinsurance Group of America (RGA) last year after more than 20 years with the organisation across two tenures. She was most recently the COO for RGA Australia. She was also COO for RGA Japan and vice president of the RGA Asia Pacific regional office. She's held roles in Sydney, London, Toronto, and Tokyo.

Gooderick is joined at ClearView by Gerard Kerr as GM of life insurance and Debbie Lowe in a new role as GM of wealth management.
