ClearView appoints BDM for VIC/TAS

ClearView Wealth Limited (ClearView) has appointed Nick Dowling as the firm's new business development manager (BDM) for VIC/TAS.

Dowling has worked in the financial services industry since 2000 and since then has held positions in wealth product distribution, financial advice and reinsurance. Prior to joining ClearView, he spent five years in wealth product distribution with Macquarie, where he specialised in life insurance.

Dowling is joined at ClearView by fellow new recruits, James Blanton and Richard Monroe, who have been appointed BDM for NSW/ACT and BDM for QLD, respectively.

Commenting on all three appointments, ClearView managing director Simon Swanson said: "These newly created positions reflect the continued growth and strong performance across our business. James, Nick and Richard will have the responsibility of working closely with advisers to strengthen existing relationships within the adviser community."
