ClearView appoints BDM for QLD

ClearView Wealth Limited (ClearView) has appointed Richard Monroe as the firm's new business development manager (BDM) for QLD.

Monroe has 16 years' experience in financial services, spending time as both a financial adviser and a life insurance BDM. After working for eight years as a life insurance BDM with BT (where he was awarded BDM of the Year in 2011), he established his own risk advice business in 2012.

Monroe is joined at ClearView by fellow new recruits, Nick Dowling and James Blanton, who have been appointed BDM for VIC/TAS and BDM for NSW/ACT, respectively.

Commenting on all three appointments, ClearView managing director Simon Swanson said: "These newly created positions reflect the continued growth and strong performance across our business. James, Nick and Richard will have the responsibility of working closely with advisers to strengthen existing relationships within the adviser community."
