Class has added four general managers to its leadership team as part of its push to deliver customer-tailored solutions.

The appointments follow last month's appointment of Tim Steele, MLC's head of retirement and investment solutions, as chief executive of Class, the SMSF administration provider acquired by HUB24 in February.

Three of the four new general managers were promoted internally with one new hire, Jo Hurley.

Hurley joins Class as the general manager for growth, leading a team that will focus on supporting customers and partners as well as building relationships and propositions for new customer segments.

She has long been a self-managed super fund consultant founding her own audit business ENGAGE in 2005 before selling it to Deloitte.

Gary Cox, previously head of business services, is now the general manager responsible for the delivery of customer service excellence across the Class suite of products - Class Super, Class Portfolio and Class Trust.

Tracy Williams, previously head of operations, is now general manager of NowInfinity, focussing on customer support and solutions.

Finally,  Tom Sargent, formerly head of technical services, has been recruited as general manager data/HUBconnect, with Panos Alexandratos promoted to chief solutions officer.
"The appointments are testament to the capability we have within Class as well as our ability to attract great talent to our business," said Steele.

"The new appointments will position our business and our people to deliver on our strategy, including focussing on our core SMSF capabilities and enhancing our market-leading solutions.

"We will be working closely with our colleagues at HUB24 to develop innovative solutions that deliver great outcomes for our customers and with industry partners to grow the SMSF market."
