After just 10 months with the organisation, Amanda Tibbett has been promoted to chief marketing and communications officer for First Sentier Investors.
Tibbet joined the organisation in mid-2019 to manage the rebranding of the business in Australia. In her new role, Tibbett will look after the marketing, communications, digital, and brand functions of the business globally.
Before joining First Sentier, Tibbett spent more than 10 years with Fidelity including as APAC head of marketing and digital.
First Sentier Investors CEO, Mark Steinberg, said her appointment reinforces the firm's commitment to becoming a standalone asset manager. "Amanda's appointment will help us meet the broad and changing needs of clients across our diverse, global client base. It will also ensure we are delivering consistent brand experiences, enhanced digital interactions and relevant, quality client communication," said Steinberg.
"As we look to expand our distribution footprint and open new channels in the future, these roles will ensure we are well-placed to deliver our growth objectives," he said.
