Mercer has announced the retirement of chief market strategist, David Stuart, effective 21 December 2018. Stuart was appointed to the role in 2013.
Stuart served as lead consultant for a number of Mercer's key consulting clients and led the formulation of dynamic asset allocation (DAA) views for the Pacific region, Mercer said. He also served as chair of the Mercer Australia DAA Committee and was previously chair of the Global DAA Committee, amongst other roles.
Commenting on his departure, Mercer's chief investment officer, Pacific, Kylie Willment, said: "Dave is highly regarded by clients and colleagues, and will be sorely missed. We wish him all the best in his retirement".
