MLC Life Insurance has appointed Natalie Cameron as its chief claims officer, effective 10 July 2017.

In this role, Cameron will be responsible for leading MLC Life Insurance's 350-strong claims team and accelerating the company's claims transformation program.

She joins from AIA New Zealand where she was the chief executive officer. Previously she has been general counsel, company secretary, chief operating officer and chief group insurance officer for AIA Australia from 2005 to 2015. Prior to that she was a lawyer at ASIC and a litigation lawyer at Clayton Utz.
