Challenger brings aboard joint GMs for advice transformation

Financial Standard reports that Challenger has hired a general managing duo to look after its advice transformation.

Lucy Foster and Catherine van der Veen have joined the group from Generation Life where they served as co-chief executives.

Before joining Generation Life, Foster spent several years with CBA and CommInsure in executive management roles, including around business transformation. It was in the wealth management division at CBA that she first partnered with van der Veen. She was also a KPMG management consultant.

Challenger declined to comment on the appointment.
